Heritage is a community we create together. There are many ways to take part — from helping with a Sunday service or special event to joining a team, sharing a skill, supporting a ministry, or helping care for our building and grounds.
You do not need to do everything. You do not even need to know exactly where you fit yet. Sometimes the best place to begin is simply by trying something that interests you.
Help welcome people, support worship, provide hospitality, sing in the choir, or assist behind the scenes.
Support programs and activities for children, youth, families, and adult learners.
Help with meals, rides, visits, gatherings, and other practical ways we care for one another.
Some caring roles involve confidential information and are filled by invitation, but there are many other ways to lend a hand.
Take part in Heritage’s work for justice and in service with our wider community.
Share hands-on skills or help care for the building, gardens, and outdoor spaces we use together.
Heritage relies on members who serve on teams, committees, task forces, and short-term projects.
Some roles are open to anyone who is interested. Others are elected, appointed, or require particular experience. If you would like to learn more, let us know.
